Instructions:

- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat until hot.
- Carefully place the coated chicken into the oil and fry for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oil and place it on paper towels to drain excess oil.
